This is the most fun I've ever had in a work out routine! You wouldn't think a 20 minute workout would yield such great results...after only 8 sessions, I am much stronger and have really started to see definition returning to my body. Angel is my coach and he is energetic, upbeat, happy, easy to be with and he is all that while he is making me sweat! I am so happy that I decided to do this for myself and beyond happy with where it is taking me in terms of fitness and self esteem. Thank You Angel and Shock Room Fitness! xoKristin

. I wanted to get motivated and back to working out so someone suggested shock room and I loved it . They made the class very doable for me. My knee I have to be careful with so the class was low impact on them and felt great afterwards. Also it’s 20 minutes so I didn’t feel Anxious for it to end like a times with hour training sessions. I would recommend to anyone who is 100% able-bodied to anyone who even has some type of limiting pain like your knee or shoulder. Love it , and loved the trainer . The first class being free doesn’t hurt ! 😊👍🏼
