I recently experienced hair breakage and called this facility requesting cornrows with no added hair and was made fun of by the staff and manager the entire time I was there. I never felt so uncomfortable at a hair salon a true devastating experience. Many things can lead to hair breakage but as a hair professional who specializes in hair the better route would have been to provide suggestions of hair growth instead of make another black woman feel less than. Wouldn’t want another black woman to experience what I did today. Reply to manager: As your customer this was my experience at your place of business and I hope you and your staff do better!
