Nice apartment complex with plenty of green space and very friendly staff. There was plenty of storage space both in the unit and in the basement. Walking distance to Kroger, Aldi, Rite Aid, and Chase. Everyone working in and around the complex was polite and helpful. This complex was my best experience in a long time. I moved out of state for work or I would still live here.

Been here 8 years now. Lori and Mark are the back bone for this property. They want you to feel at home here and my family does. Lori helps me out with the office stuff and lives on site. So you know she cares. Her husband can be seen around the property picking up trash and making sure the dumpster areas are clean and in order. Mark is the guy if it's broken he will get it fixed for you. These folks have always found a way to take care of me and my family. Can't

Lori is by far the rudest property manager ever, she always gets an Attitude when you are trying to explain something too her. For starters when we first moved in the unit she stated that our water bill would be included in the rent, which was not true. Which she told my next door neighbors the same thing, so where's the lie in that. 3 months after me being in the unit I received a letter of eviction due to this, mind you I had not received any Bill's, for the utilities. Moved in, in October didn't get the 1st bill until December. Me and my family lived without heat for 4 months, kept telling the maintenance man Mark that something was wrong with my furnace, they didn't come fix it until April. When I moved in, in October the basement floor was a bluish gray color, when I moved out they tired to charge me 230 for them changing the floor to white. I have so much more to say, this place is not worth 1400 a month plus DTE, heat and water. Go find a house

The location of this apartments is great and is a very quiet area with direct access to 696. Also it is very spacious and with lot of closets which is something I have rarely seen. Also the manager of the apartments and the maintenance are very helpful and always answering timely to any requests. It is a great place to live!
