Unprofessional from the front desk to the stylist. The haircut itself was atrocious. Missed chunks of hair with the clippers, and nicked a bald spot in the back of my son's head. Then didn't give him a mirror to look at the back (of course they didn't). We ended up having to go elsewhere to salvage what was left.

Awesome, old-fashioned salon and Jen Pressman gives the BEST blonde highlights in the area - quickly and at a very reasonable price!!! It’s always a joy to see her and I literally feel like a million bucks when I leave her chair. Highly recommended!

The service was fine but the hairdresser chopped my hair off pretty badly. I asked for some hair to be shorter at the front to frame my face and then have some layers to blend with the rest, and I have a big chunk of hair now cut short at one side of my face. Definitely not the result I wanted, it looks chunky and is hard to style, plus I think the frames on each side of my face are cut at different width.
