The food was good, but at lunch hour it was packed and definitely were backed up to the door and the drive through. Not enough staff to handle all the customers in a timely manner. People were leaving.

Waited in line forever to try their special several times and they're always out you think by now they would realize they should probably prep more at the beginning of the day or order more but clearly that's not the case very slow drive through times and they're always out of several items. Kind of feels like that's their gimmick they advertise these new specials or items to get people to come and then you end up sitting in a long drive-thru line forever and when you do get to order your food they're out of the special item and several other things but after waiting so long you just end up ordering food from them anyway so they still make profit. Now when I drive by I actually feel bad for people seeing how long the line is and knowing they're all waiting more than likely just to be told but they're out of their new special wygu Burger that they continuously advertised relentlessly and constantly have posted on their big sign out front here's a tip maybe post on your sign that you're out. At this point it's kind of hard to believe that they're saying is Arby's we have the meats when clearly they're constantly out of the meats at least at the Virginia Minnesota location

It's been so long since we had been at Arby's; the last "fast food" place we tried was McDonald's, across the street, and were SO disappointed! Arby's had delicious food in good helpings at HALF THE PRICE OF MICKEY D'S!!! Will come back the next time we are in Virginia, MN.

Lobby is closed even though they have window banners saying they’re open. Hours listed on their door state that they are open until 10pm in the dining room and 11pm in the dining room. This store needs two drive thru lanes. Also- Why were there workers on the roof? Is that where they have their smoking break?
