Good employees but terrible management. Loyal customer for over 6 years. I had an appointment for my regular fill in and pedicure. Spent over 3 hours. Second time in a roll getting double booked. Never going back again.

Today 1st time ever I had the worse pedicure. Seems like a tall new guy didn’t know what he was doing. Couldn’t decide that you first put gel to soften calluses then you shave them. My feet feel worse than when I went in. What a shame

Does anybody know if Trina has left or sold Harlem Nails I have been going for years and all of a sudden I don't see her or her husband there the last time I went I got a absolutely terrible dip polish don't know if I should go back

She's still there. I saw her last month when I went, she did my nails. Her husband was there two weeks ago when I went but yes, there are lots of new people there.
