The website has the current wait time which was accurate to how long I waited. Dr Walton was really a wonderful, compassionate, caring doctor. The nurse and receptionist were both very kind as well. Despite how busy they were, it felt like everyone really cared and took their time with you.

I’ve had an awful sore throat the last couple days so finally decided to come here to get it checked out and maybe get some antibiotics if needed. The waiting room was empty other than myself and one other person and the wait to get called back was still almost an hour. I’m in between insurance plans so paying a $250 out-of-pocket exam fee which is fine and expected. However, when they wanted to do a strep test and I simply asked the nurse the cost, she rudely said “I don’t know. They don’t tell us the costs.” I asked for someone else to come see me. A PA came in and I asked her the same question. She also said “I don’t know how to check the cost….” How shady can a practice be that they aren’t able to tell an out-of-pocket patient how much a service is going to cost before administering it? How do they not have a way of checking? I feel like I just paid $250 to learn absolutely nothing new about my condition and speak with people that are purposely hiding costs so that I could be stuck with a ridiculous bill after the fact. On top of that, I’ve now been waiting over an hour and haven’t even been seen by a medical doctor yet. Can’t remember the last time I was this upset with a “medical office”. Final straw: I just told the physician’s assistant that not disclosing pricing is shady and she just said to my face: “healthcare is shady”.

Dr. Jasmine M. Walton made this one of the best doctors appointments i’ve had. She was very curious about me. She took it upon herself to get to know me and what i’m doing in life considering I have just graduated High School and am going to college. I told her I am going to COD to study Dental Hygiene and she took that to heart. She walked me through what was going on with me, gave me tips on how to study for the medical field and not only that she printed me a book of interesting things that could help me in my future without me asking or knowing. I hope everyone here gets to experience her care.
