I moved into Lagovista right before the pandemic, so not a lot of foot traffic. Everything basically shut down for 2 years. During this time I started noticing ripples and waves in the carpet. I first contacted Lagovista, they directed me to you. At first I made numerous calls to contact the store , after quite a period of time, months?, I did reach a Sharon , and then again an extended period of time. Finally, she was going to come and look at the carpet. But then, again, no contact but found out your store was closed due to Covid, then she got sick. At some point she finally got to the house, again a few months later. She didn’t know if the carpet needed stretching or was faulty and I pointed out a spot where there was no apparent padding. So much for upgraded padding. Months later I tried contacting her again, finally decided to drive by the store but they had decided to close early. But ,to another salespersons credit, a sales person turned her car around to talk with me. She said that she would get Sharon to call. Finally she did. She could not remember that she never got back to me. But her end result was that your store would restretch the carpet and charge me a 100$ a room to move furniture. One of the rooms was a hall, another has never been used except for some boxes. Still has plastic covering the carpet. So, that’s nice, restretch carpet that may be faulty and charge $500 to move some furniture. At 68 years I probably could struggle and move the few things on my own

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brit Joaitis at Total Flooring was extremely helpful with selection of flooring, working with us with ordering. She was very flexible and always available for questions . The crew she got for our installation was also very good. Prompt, professional, fast, cleaned up and my floors are beautiful. I would highly recommend Brit and Total Flooring to everyone.

What a great experience all the way around! We worked with Patrick Kois through the Costco Program, which not only includes a solid discount but also a Costco gift card worth 10% of the purchase value. Patrick came out to our home with samples and we were able to find the right carpet for us very easily. The installers were also great. They did a nice job on the install and also took care to clean the floor after the old carpet tear out. And best of all, the new carpeting looks great. I highly recommend.
