Small building (used to be an old house) and small selection of objects within each section, however it was a very cool place, especially if you have an interest in medicine.

This place is super cool, and the building is beautiful. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Loved it! Lots medical history and science. It's a very interesting unique place. Takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to walk through and look at all the exhibits. Decently priced, and they also have an iron lung too.

Great stop, lots of interesting perspectives on science and medicine spending the past few hundred years. Check out the Napoleon death mask on the top floor!

Tuesdays are Free Admission to Illinois Residents with a valid IL State ID.
I discovered they will let you store coats as well as bags/suit cases at the front desk.
There is a side entrance that you can use if needed.
Maybe, if you are and your date are interested in medicine or history; however, personally, I think there are way better museums in the area for a first date.
Check out Spot Hero. They will give you a selection and some really unbelievable prices
I would call ahead
