I always have problems with this location. They cancel orders for no reason, and their staff is just creepy. One time I tried to return an item here that was worth about 10 dollars from another store and was threatened by the employee saying this hurts their PNL and I shouldn’t make the return. Like I don’t care about your PNL at all. He also kept touching me even tho I kept moving away which I did not like at all. It felt very threatening and inappropriate.

When the service person came to install the dish washer, he has very bad attitude. Because he needed to walk through the cleaned carpet, I said "do you mind taking off shoes or wear something outside of shoes?" He said "I don't take off my shoes and I don't have anything extra to wear". Then I said whether I can provide plastic bags to wear to go through carpet, he said If he wore it and fall down, I need to pay him! Then I said because COVID is still popular now, do you mind wearing mask? He said COVID is something 1 or 2 years ago, I will not wear mask! In the end, he said he can't install the dish washer. Both attitude and technique are worst!

I would have given this 5 stars 1 year ago. TODAY, I give it closer to 1 star due to whomever 'Top Executive' decided to rearrange the entire store (must have come from Lowe's, another store that is setup absolutely Horrible). They should be Immediately fired, as they obviously don't understand their true clients...Contractors. I try to shop at Menards now as it has been getting better by turning into the old Home Depot. Ace Hardware takes second spot.
