It's a private business on private property. There is No LAW that says you can bring your dog in, unless you have proof that you need it with you under the Americans with Disabilities Act. That said, Home Depot may allow anybody with a dog to come in or they may not. Your best bet is to call them and ask. AT THIS LOCATION they do have a sign posted that says NO DOGS.
I heard that they were going to take it out but I hope not I love the hot dogs there
