I moved out on May 21st, but as of today September 7th I still haven't received my Security Deposit even though I have tried to get in contact with them since my departure from the property. I'm at my wits end and I don't know what else to do at this point. I feel at this point I might have to contact the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous. I worked hard for this money and I deserve it returned to me since I left the apartment in outstanding condition. I have called the office several times with the right address several times

Lived here for five years - 2017 to 2022. When I moved in they did require salary confirmation and check with my workplace that I worked there. Not sure if they do that with everyone or it was due to their then policy regarding credit and not requiring a first month's rent. I did not ask to see the apartment beforehand and that was a mistake as there were some small damages - it looked like the previous tenant had anger issues as the microwave had a broken handle and the fridge door had dents that resembled a punch mark. There is a bit of a draft and the a/c isn't that strong even at its highest setting but otherwise the apartment was fine. It was obvious a lot of the decor was from the early/mid 00's. In the past few years they had been in the process of remodeling but mine was one of the apartments not remodeled so if you get 1BR/650 sq ft with beige carpeting, white appliances, and light oak cabinets know that it's all from the 2010 remodel and I paid $1050 for what you are likely being charge $1450 for. Also by HUD laws, carpets should be replaced every 7-10 years. The maintenance team was always responsive and usually received quick responses from the office team via email. Never had issues with pests of any kind. The laundry rooms were pricey and there was one dryer that just never dried that well. The package hub started out great but became chaotic with packages sitting for days/weeks. If you plan to get deliveries set it up so they deliver to your door. Never had issues with neighbors or the community itself. If it weren't for them raising the prices, I would probably still be there.

This place is becoming outrageous and uninhabitable! The office has had their phones down for months now. We have no hot water and constant issues with our water. The rent has gone up a disturbing amount and continue with these issues. Pool is gross and tables and chairs are broken and uncomfortable. I’m glad I’m documenting everything! Constantly seeing cops makes us also feel unsafe. I’m so close to going to corporate and even the news. This is disgusting management!

Prices rising, surrounding apt comlplxes kinda same, from my point of view not bad, relatively not bad. Overall up to you if you want to go based of the price or location
Cheap at first. $1100 or so for a 1 bed -- until renewal where it hikes up $100+. Oh, and expect to see some fat utility bills and maintenance problems without resolution for at least a month, sometimes a year.
Nope. They’d much rather gouge tenants for their own money.
Brianna, We apologize for the inconvenience. Our phone lines are up and running, feel free to reach back out when you have a chance!
