My mom had a 80th birthday celebration and the service was great. A lot of times you have food and banquet halls and it's just subpar but the food here was actually very good and tasteful. The whole process and follow up was great and I would highly recommend this location and prices are very reasonable.

Never going back. Very unsatisfied with their service. We paid in full to book the palace in advance (5 months in advance) We then no longer needed the hall due to family emergency and they REFUSED to refund us ALL of our money. They pocket all the cash and told us best they could do is give us credit instead for someone else to use the hall, it expires in just one year. They took all of our money and refused to refund us any of it. Not a single dollar was given back. Is this how you run a business? Never going back and would never recommend anyone to go here.

We attended a church benefit tickets were $70 per person, open bar, family style food, D.J., Mariachi, Live music, 6 hours

How much would it cost for about 150 for a Wedding Reception? And do that include food,DJ, Decorations and Camara man?

I think they do,because all of our cell phones were working fine for calls and checking Facebook. Was just there in October, all working.
