Yes and no. If you are a resident and have a library card, it is free. If you do not, then there is a cost. Today (2019) it is $1.00.

You do need your card to log in. There is an automatic renewal system, so you may be out of renewal options.

If your unincorporated Glenwood or Lynwood it is a taxable amount. Otherwise you have to live there. Fyi, this library invites anyone to use it or enjoy their programs. It is $1 to get on the computers If you don't have a card. The study rooms are wonderful and the pond and prairie are beautiful.
