I just want to say, Matthew helped this stressed out MOB ship a bridal bouquet this morning. He was so pleasant and helpful, it was a refreshing experience to get great customer service. Now fingers crossed the flowers get to their destination in the best shape possible.

I generally avoid this location because of the consistently poor attitude and I'm almost always just dropping off a prepaid parcel. This last time they were so unhelpful I won't be back.

I visited the store today to ship two packages with prepaid labels. The gentlemen there were extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to frequent their store for services when needed.

The best customer service ever. They always helped me carry box if it’s too heavy too lift. Their employees are super helpful and so sweet. Very fast and friendly services. Highly recommend.
