So when they say “ready for pick up in 2 hours” - they really mean 7+ hrs?? Ridiculous. They used to be so on time but lately it is never even close to 2 hrs. Just be more realistic from the get go. Then at least I know what I’m dealing with.

They’re TERRIBLE!! I’ve been calling the store since 3pm. No answer so I decided to drive to their store which isn’t my normal store, but my kid needed milk. I placed a drive up order at 1:30pm. Arrived at 5pm and they’re telling me the order hasn’t been filled!! Why not? It’s been over two hours which is the required wait time when placing drive up orders.

Drive up never ready within 2 hours. Always at least 3-4 hrs. Isn’t that against target policy? Can the company not see this issue and address it?
