If I could give negative one I would it -12 degree no water just wanted to make sure you received our payment so we could see if the no water was on your side or frozen pipes....but thank for nothing wow can't even answer one phone call....

They charge homeowners an insane rate for water that I would not give to my dog don't get me started on the fluctuations in water pressure and quality can dip some days it comes out orange! Who would bathe and or wash their clothes in such disgusting water? Do better Harvey!

They cut you off with no notice..even on Christmas..shows you how Harvey care about their residents...can't wait to move out of here..and no...they don't offer a pay plan unless you get it from the court
