I love the fact that I didn’t need to leave the hotel for dinner or drinks. Just a short walk from my room. The food was very good and the bill was reasonable. Would highly recommend. Bartender was fantastic.

Another dismal Holiday Inn. The property is partially handicapped accessible. For example, there are steps from the lobby to the rooms. So one must go outside and re-enter via the accessible door to get to the rooms. My accessible room had a tub shower. Obviously not easily accessible. There were quite a few railings inside the shower with a handheld shower sprayer. But the tub floor was very slippery. Room quality was adequate. Not the most comfortable mattress. Microwave & fridge were just fine. Decor was kinda of blah. It bugs me that they don't make up the bed and provide clean towels daily. I thought only extended stay hotels did this. It wouldn't happen at a Holiday Inn Express. Stay far far away from the restaurant. Disgusting burger and fries. Menu options very limited. I can't rate the breakfast. After the first dinner we went out and found lovely diners in town for breakfast about the same price charged at the hotel. Which is ok because I didn't plan to visit Cape Cod and eat at the Holiday Inn.

Positive: The desk clerk saw I needed a cane to walk, and swithced our room closer to the lobby. She was very nice, and explained the outlay of the hotel and explained our coupons to us. Negative: Everything was great!!

The rooms were not clean. The first room we were assigned had dried urine on the seat. Also, the seat was up which is a sign that the room was not checked prior to assigning the room to us. We called the front desk and expressed concern that the room may not have been cleaned. They assigned us to a different room - the room next to the one we were initially assigned. The toilet seat seemed clean (no visible urine stains), but the toilet bowl was not which raised suspicion. Then we looked in the tub and saw a few hair strands and some soap scum. The crumbs in the corners of the room told us that the carpet had not been vacuumed. The beds were made which seems to be the only cleaning that happened in both rooms. We requested a refund, but were only able to receive a partial refund because we booked through Expedia - and I would not recommend booking through Expedia for this reason. Throughout this experience, although the staff was very polite and accommodating, there also seemed to be a general apathy regarding our hygiene concerns.

Don't know about meals on wheels, but the restaurant in the hotel is good but also a bit pricey
