Most inflexible, unaccommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lady working the front desk was miserable. My step dad paid for several rooms for two nights, but the lady at the desk refused our check-in until he arrived and authorized the charge. He even called and spoke with her on the phone… her response: “No, absolutely not, it’s against company policy. You must be here in person before I’ll allow anyone to check in.” She hung up the phone, furiously shook her hands, audibly sighed, and proceeded to treat me like I was an inconvenience. She offered no info about the hotel, the pool, the wifi, dining options…not one word. Just irritated and inhospitable. The following day I asked for a key to my Mom’s room. I wanted to leave a card and a gift as a surprise thank you…again, the lady at the front desk…”No, I absolutely cannot do that. It’s against policy.” I explained my Mom had just gotten married, that my family was leaving early in the morning and I just wanted to leave a little surprised. This lady refused to accommodate in any way. All told, the hotel was just ok. Location to downtown Falmouth is their selling point. But for over $1200, this is the service and hospitality we receive???

Nice room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly staff helped carry our bags. Percy’s Restaurant is attached and has good breakfasts. Downtown area is a short walk.

Was a wonderful stay and getaway. Had a room with a jacuzzi in it and the bath had a nice size porcelain bathtub/shower. Plenty of thirsty cotton towels. Comfortable sheets. Free movies to sign out. Loved loved the pool 🏊‍♂️ Opened 7 am perfect for starting the day and closed 10 pm for swimming later. Amazing downtown and walkable too. The hotel provides for the room a print out of downtown places to see, dine and shop. Will be returning next year off season. Staff was superb. 🥀

The hotel was fine. No free coffee. Room was fine. I liked that the bathroom was heated. The indoor pool was 83 degrees be did not go in. The rooms were quiet. The jacuzzi tub was nice! Only 1 hanger in the room. Everything appeared clean. We have stayed before as well and would return.
