I have been here for a year and they are unprofessional when it come down to the people staying here I been asking them how much my rent was for the month of June 2021 and Sep-Nov of 2021 they waited in till last month to give me the amount I owe in one wap in gave me a 30 day note if I didn’t pay the 4 months rent I owe when they supposed to have been gave me the amount I owed instead of waiting 6 to 7 months this is the WORST PLACE TO LIVE I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING WATER LEAKING DOWN INTO MY APARTMENT FROM THE TENANTS WHO STAY ABOVE ME. I CALL MAINTENANCE ALL THE TIME ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND THEY COME DO PATCH JOBS AND LEAVE THIS PLASTER OR PUTTY ALL OVER THE THINGS I SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON! THEY NEVER ACTUALLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. I CONTACTED HUD LETTING THEM KNOW THAT THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, I AM CURRENTLY WITH-CHILD AND I HAVE 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN WHICH THIS BLACK MOLD CAN BE VERY HEALTH THREATENING FOR US ALL. I PAY MY RENT ON TIME ALL THE TIME, SINCE I HAVE CONTACTED HUD THEY HAVE TERMINATED MY LOW INCOME SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PUT UP WITH THESE INHUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE! THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE WORSE.

Yes it is low income you get what you paid for I had a friend was in there about a year ago and within a month she moved out due to cockroaches and bed bugs Best of luck to you
