Kevin literally rescued me when I was in a desperate situation. They provided a reclining lift chair in 1 day after I was abruptly discharged from the hospital. I cannot be more thankful for the speedy service and customer service. I had called a number of other places in Cook County and was being offered similar rental chairs at nearly twice the price with delivery in 1-2 weeks. I live close to the Cook/Lake County border so I called Mobility City as a last effort and am so thankful I did.

I believe so. But you should call and ask. The only thing I can say is that they were fabulous when I needed service on my old scooter, and ordered and delivered my new one very quickly. I would definitely recommend purchasing your mobility products from them. Very knowledgeable. Good price. And great fast service.
