I used the prepaid service for annual maintenance that saved me some money. Technician called ahead. Arrived on time. He was respectful, professional and explained anything I needed to know. I was expecting a reminder email earlier in the year to schedule service tha I never got. Otherwise all was great. I highly recommend The Original Ray's HVAC.
