Orthotics Ariana Koehler was great! New secretary is very uneducated and unknowledgeable about the company practices. Moved from Illinois to Indiana . Son cracked brace. It’s just outside of warranty contacted cascade they gave me written communication of what to do. Following cascade instructions, reading it to the receptionist she said they didn’t do that. I explained this is coming direct from maker that has worked with them for years and they have and do do that . She pretended to check it out said manager said they don’t do it. 😂. Then all the sudden said we were cutting out and hung up. Arrived at Hammond facility. They reviewed communication, they tried to reach out to Schaumburg and receptionist told them she couldn’t do it bc they are not apart of Hanger clinic 🤣. Now mind you the business cards that are sitting right at her desk says “Schek&Siress A HANGER clinic” . She hung up with them too. They stated she was very uneducated in her position and proceeded to reach out to customer service to cascade with screen shots saying they were able to extend warranty due to circumstances. The Hammond facility was very helpful, professional. The Schaumburg Facility needs to retrain or reposition the secretary. She needs to know she can’t just refuse her job, lie and give excuses of why not to work. A kids orthotics and unfortunate in between insurances and states is something she shouldn’t find every excuse in the book (especially when all involved knows better) to decide she didn’t want to work today.
