So far so good, but very good! Shawn is a pleasure to deal with. All arrangements were made online and went very smoothly. He literally came out to welcome us as we pulled into the lot! The aisles are big enough to navigate a 26 foot U-haul down and the storage unit is plenty spacious and clean. I feel very safe keeping my things there and I'm glad I chose Cubesmart!

The on-site manager, Shawn, is awesome. He can navigate thru the paperwork for various transactions in a snap. A real practical problem solver. Excellent people skills; calm, friendly, smiling demeanor even when dealing with difficult people. Can't say anything about the company, yet, other than this employee, but the facility is spotless and meets my needs.

Terrible experience I have been at this storage location for over 3 years back when it was owned by extra space storage they were okay but I have never heard of a self storage facility who thinks they can lock you in if you try to leave past the gate hours that is exactly what happened yesterday on 4/24/2022 we left out a little past 10:00 p.m. put our code in for the gate and it was denying us access we had to wait an hour for the police to come and then the fire department who was finally able to open the gate would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be locked in a building for 8 hours

My experience with extra space has been amazing Susan and Bill I am very attentive and helpful I’ve been there over a year I would absolutely recommend this place for storage. Any problems are resolved immediately Susan has been up and beyond in her performance helpful personable and very clean at night very lit up and safe also reasonable price. In the last year I’ve also had two storage units there the cleanliness is on spot that’s what I like about it and the safety. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All day. Just wanted to thank you so much and if I need you in the future I know where to go.
