They messed up the appointment date, and after I told them I would maybe reschedule, they charged me $95 upfront. As was said, it was a credit for a future appointment, so I didn’t have a choice not to schedule. I called them and asked about a refund because I’m not going to be paying upfront for the service and will not come because of the way they treat their customers. I was told there is no way they can refund, and I have to talk with the owner. I disputed the transaction thru the bank and still waiting for this refund. The crazy place with crazy service.

It's nice and relaxing! It is not a full spa experience by any means as there's no locker rooms or extra bells and whistles but that is reflected in the reasonable prices. The therapy rooms do feel like a spa, though. I've been many times and definitely recommend for a good massage that doesn't break the bank.
