Made us wait 40+ minutes for our food and manager even admitted that shes forgets to call out the names for the order sometimes very unprofessinal on top of that she wallked by our table many times knowing that we were still waiting even said our food was almost ready and never called us instead she made us wait longer untill we said something they served eveyone else that came in way after we ordered and overall it ruined our whole mood do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else where they give you actual good service because this is absoulutley unaceptable.

Not happy at all. Infact very angry. Ordered 72 dollars worth of food and door dash delivered it to our house. We were shorted 15 wings and 4 drinks. My wife called and an Eric said to send me and he will either refund the money or give me the rest of the order. When I got there he was rude and told me to take it up with door dash. Wing Stop is lying. Never again. We are done with you all.

Placed an order online and quickly called to cancel. I was told my order was canceled and should receive my refund in 2 weeks. It’s been over 3 months. After 5 attempts to request a refund I have yet to see the money. It is safe to say I will never see those $30. But I will also never order takeout at wings stop again. Overall disappointed with management at this location.

Ordered wings to pick up at a specific time for the Superbowl. I got to say I was pleased with the organization. My order was ready and had no issues. Wings were good!
