I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love the property. Apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in with a nice welcome note. The neighbors are pretty friendly in the area always greeting in passing. Any request I have put it has been handled in a timely fashion and they follow up with you. With the change of management recently was a little rocky, however, Ms. Laura who works the front desk has been pleasant. She is efficient in helping the residents with anything we ask for. I enjoy going to visit her when I am home and have free time. She is great and hope she remains as long as I'm living here. Grand Reserve Orange is a great place to live I love my apartment.

This location is close to highways, shopping and entertainment. Units are nice and well maintained. Pool and fitness center add to the amenities.
