The salesperson was very nice and upfront about the trade-in and availability of other vehicles. They offered a few options, too. They charge $1,400ish for roof rack as "an option" for CR-V you can't opt out of. Otherwise, you will have to choose something close to that price range. And they also have $1,000 fee called (adjusted market value) on top of that. True: it's not $2,500 from your neighboring Toyota dealer but, guys, you are not that far off with your AMV plus "accessories".

Bud!!!! He made our experience awesome! More than anything, it was his honesty. He came highly recommended and now I see why. We purchased two vehicles. Mack was just as great! Test drove a car on Saturday had my credit ran was told the financial company they used had their computers go down and they wouldn't be able to finish until Monday. Never received a phone call Monday or at all and found out they sold the car. I'll never be back. Poor customer service and a hit to my credit for nothing.

After spending over $700 at the service department the problem with the car is still not fixed and they refused to do anything about it or refund any part of the expense. And when they respond to your review and can’t even spell your last name correctly that should tell you everything you need to know about this business
