my fiancé bought my engagement ring from this location and he had problems from the moment he stepped in. was not greeted and had to wait before he said he was leaving then someone helped. when he was at the register buying my ring the sales lady kept hitting my ring with his credit card and he had to tell her to stop. he bought a Niel Lane diamond because he was told all Neil Lane rings come with a serial number if it is stolen. I went to another location to get the serial number and certification and i was told he was lied to that in fact not all neil lane rings are certified with serial numbers. they said he was mis informed. we are extremely upset about the service and being lied to. do yourself a favor and go to another location this one sucks.

The lady that works here is always rude, especially if you are going in for you’re inspection make sure they note it down in you’re account cause they well say they do it and don’t.Now I’m out of my ring getting fixed cause they never updated my account!
