The car toys employee that I spoke with gave me three different prices for one job I had already had done there not long ago. It was not good business and I’ll probably never come back because of that.

My radio that u guys installed. I had to remove cause it was bad wiring and was causing my car not to start. My battery died. And when I jumped. The radio and the A/C wasn’t working. Now I have my old radio back in it. I think u guys should reinstall

Went here because another location said swapping a malfunctioning unit was possible. They have a procedure within policy guidelines to serve customers under warranty to do exactly this. This location just turned me away and worked pretty hard to not help me, attempting to dicourage me with turn around time. Told me they can't swap because of inventory blah blah blah. Called the 249 and humble locations to verify information I was told here, and though I had to spend some time waiting, they verified they can do this by taking the correct step in policy and procedure. Don't go to this location. Unless they can sell you a expensive shine toy it's all middle fingers.

Guys were so helpful and got a 10.1 inch floating Screen for 1100 when they go for 12-14 hundred on line.
