I have used this company for years and they have gone downhill fast. Recently had them tell me they would have my dumpster onsite several days in a row but never happened. I was on the phone everyday and they said several times they would have it there the each day. Never happened. Several other good companies in STL and I highly recommend not using this business!!!

Pay for 4 pick ups only get 1 or 2 has skipped all 9 of my dumpster for 3 weeks dumpster are so full and over flowing. Have called many times a week but none shows up to dump

This is the 4th time that I have schedule a bulk pickup. This is the 4th time they failed to do their job. Now the item will be sitting in front of my house for the next 4 days.

The driver(s) of Truck 2341 are rude and unprofessional. They often block driveways near the entrance of my subdivision and sit at the end of the street in a no parking zone for nearly half an hour each time they finish the subdivision, creating a much harder to navigate entrance to the subdivision and sometimes even completely blocking the street until they have to move to let cars pass. Talked kindly with one of the drivers but he was extremely unreasonable and became agitated quickly when I tried to use simple logic to reason with him and kindly asked him to not block the street. Customer service has not answered any of my calls, I emailed the only contact I could find for Republic and he has never responded in nearly two weeks. Never had any issues with pick up or anything like that. Just looking for a reasonable solution to a simple issue! Edit: Why has no one resolved this issue in over 6 months? 2341 are still driveway and subdivision entrance blocking and sitting in no parking zones impeding traffic. Maybe once a few more thousand people see this review someone will actually do something. Edit 2: Still find these truck drivers blocking the road. Starting to think no one will ever solve this issues. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
