I was very excited to come to this store because a dear friend of mine recommended it. My family and I took a 3 hour trip(we are not from McAllen) to see the dresses and we get there and the lady tells us, “We have 5 people in front of you and we close at 6! I’m not sure if we will get to you (I looked at the list and there were 2)!! I understood that could be a possibility (it was 4 pm), so I said it was ok but asked to see the dresses in the meantime and she said No, that I needed to be accompanied by a helper!! I could not believe it!! She expected us to stand there for two hours to see if “maybe” somebody could see us!! My husband and I are both educators and cannot make the trip during the week. I decided to call Hermoza Quinceañera, which by the way closes at 5 pm, and they said for me to go by and even if it was 5, I could go in!! What a difference!! It’s all about customer service, kindness, and manners!!! That lady had NONE OF THAT!!

The very kind girls attended us without an appointment, they let you try up to 3 dresses. All beautiful for different tastes, at the end of the one you like the most they give you the price of the dress with a package. The only thing I didn't like was that later my niece liked another dress that she measured and they didn't give us a price for that one, so we spoke on the phone and they don't give prices on the phone, we had to go to the store just to find out the price.
