Great selections of raw meats and other items good for a bbq. Also have a great selection of craft beers and don't forget about thw sandwiches! They make a variety of really good sandwiches. Best sandwich shop in San Antonio possibly!

Not worth the price. Ordered a large charcuterie board that was supposed to be large enough for 10-12 people. While I understand this is not meant to be a full meal. I still don’t feel this was worth the $95.

I thought about grabbing some meat, but I found myself most interested in the sandwiches just before I visited today. The service, sandwiches, and the chips and salsa that I grabbed were all so great. The El Jefe and the Cuban were the best sandwiches that I've had in years. The giardiniera in the El Jefe and the Smoke Shack Pulled Pork in the Cuban were the most memorable aspects of each sandwich. But, most importantly, each sandwich was masterfully crafted, and each one was layered with awesome flavors from high-quality products. The house-made salsas with the little bags of tortilla chips that they sell were great - packed with flavor. If you don't end up enjoying your experience at the meat market when you visit, you should try their awesome barbecue next door! Thanks for everything, folks.

Stopped by Smoke Shack Meat Market for some sausage links.Got me a pound of each beef hot link, enchilada,philly cheese.They also mentioned a whole bunch more kinds on their website but only had a certain kinds of sausage today.Was told they would have other types next day.Like for example I asked for pizza supreme, I think that's what it is called and they were out maybe next time.Drove 50 miles would have bought more if they had them.Dont know if you should call them to see what they have on hand.😏
