We plan at least one camping trip every summer. We're tent campers so I can't say anything for RV spaces but as for tents it's a great location. Normally we stay in the spaces with electric and water, there isn't any privacy, but considering we spend a lot of our time exploring the coastal area it's not a huge deal to us. It's quiet at night and wonderful to be able to allow the ocean waves to put me to sleep at nights, it's the best therapy. The pool is heated and clean. The camp site is clean. The staff is outstanding every year, very helpful and super nice. The restrooms are what you would expect with so many people using them, clean and upkept but keep in mind they do get used. At least there are showers and running water. We will continue to make this our summer destination.

In need of repairs & not handicapped friendly. Restrooms need repairs. Shut down no activities They have one way street however staff is apparently exempt & can go backwards or speed through. Now members get warned masks no since!

Unfortunately very disappointed.you can tell the park is really in need of some maintenance. The hot tub is so small that you better like who you are getting in with. It may be big enough for 4 adults at the most. Very nice path to a beautiful beach and the staff was super friendly. There are probably 25% full timers and it shows as the rvs are covered in moss, dirt, tarps, septic hoses just laying on the ground,etc... Tight spots and alot of mud. We had a 6 day reservation and cancelled within minutes of arriving. Booked the rest of our stay at Seaside TT and we are so much happier.

A 4 only because the situation with the sewer. We needed a 20 ft sewer. They fortunately let us borrow a water line to add to ours. It was also very muddy. Thats ok they had a pile of bark so we went over and grabbed buckets to put in our site.

First come first serve. Get there early (noon) so you can get an even numbered spot. Otherwise your hookups will be on the wrong side.
