Awesome place! 💯 This place is legit. Old school with more than enough equipment to get a great workout whatever your preference is... powerlifter, bodybuilder, etc. I am visiting my folks and got a guest pass. Super friendly and helpful staff!

As Ruben said we don't have any trainers on staff. But you would be able to train people at our gym as long as both of you are members.
Unfortunately we don't have showers. We do have lockers and a changing area.
