I would not recommend cricket to anybody the service is no good they don’t tell people this, but they actually lock your phone for six months not a very good choice in my book

If you have cricket wireless DO NOT GO TO THE STORE IN CAPE GIRARDEAU!! I went in to upgrade my phone & it's been a nightmare! The woman who waited on me was more worried about breaking up with her boyfriend & being on her phone she told me the phone was one price & would include a phone case & tempered glass & then charged me $60 more for them I had $8 a month insurance & she changed it to $11 without me knowing the phone didn't work but they wouldn't take it back (I had it 15 days) I had to send it in & was told I would receive a new phone overnighted it's been almost 2 weeks & it's supposed to be here tomorrow & it's not new it's a refurbished one I just spent almost $300 a month ago & I'll have a used phone & can't use the $30 tempered glass on it the manager was no help at all so buyer beware this is the worst customer service I have ever received they do not care once they get your money!!!

Just go on in and they'll be able to walk you through what ever it is you need. I went in a few days ago and was so surprised at how easy it was to switch to cricket. I worked with David, he was awesome and super easy to talk to.
