Beyond frustrated. I spoke directly with the general manager this morning who confirmed my stay for three nights. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found out that my reservation didn’t exist. Only saving grace was the woman working the front desk who had to turn me away was polite enough to help me find numbers of other nearby hotels.

Absolutely disgusted with the way staff treated me and my friends. I had a friend get asked about past criminal charges while staying by a staff member, basically accusing us of using drugs. And when I went down for a cigarette in the early AM I was asked why I had traffic when we are clearly cigarette smokers. Personal opinion but it’s no one’s business if I pay for the room why me and my friends are going in or out for. Totally rude and unprofessional. It was also the manager who was harassing me and my friends. I will never spend my money here again. Staff are rude and I spent $200 to be harassed because I’m a smoker. And because I have past criminal charges in the town this hotel is located at. I’d like a full refund to be honest and I will not be recommending to anyone. If I wanted a babysitter it would have been cheaper.

I love having this hotel in Windom-it’s very convenient! I have been there for work a few times. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great. I never had breakfast but the breakfast area and lobby are nice. They have tea and coffee available in the lobby. Staff was always very friendly and accommodating!

This is a nice, clean hotel and the check in gal was fantastic. The hot tub is one of the most important things to me and I really liked that it appeared clean. So many hotels have hot tubs of questionable cleanliness. My only complaint is the pool area didn't have any towels in the morning and the hot tub wasn't very hot at all. It was still enjoyable and I would absolutely stay here again!
