I bought a vape in there yesterday and never have gotten to use it...it was broke or defective no battery and this was right out the box...I thought well I'll just take it back...and they'll fix it...nope can't even buy coils for it...y are they selling vapes that they don't carry coils for? Then now where is it posted that there's no returns no refunds...all I wanted is what I payed for...in worked ng condition...that's 70 bucks just flushed down the toilet that another business won't honor...have a little class and stand behind your product or don't sell it...DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND IT THEY WONT HONOR YOUR PURCHACE!!!

I bought a bong and smoke wraps yesterday and the bong had a crack in it. We were’t able to use it and for that my partner called this morning to see if we could exchange it since they had two other turtle bongs. They were rude to my partner as they cut them off to tell them that I was supposed to look for the crack before I bough them. After they reviewed this place they called them back, inviting them to come back at shady hours to look at the bongs. I’m just taking the loss and taping the bong. I’d suggest going to other places unless you’re underage, because this place doesn’t card 👍
