Spare yourself. I went in and there were two girls working, one redhead and the other one that cut my hair. Both of them were extremely slow. I checked in online waited the 89 minutes and then went into the store and had to wait another 40 minutes.

The stylists turn over fairly often but they all have been great. Stylist's note attached to your phone number in their system instfuct every stylist on hove you like your hair.

I have never complained about a haircut but this is ridiculous I asked for long layers and she cut the top half of my hair SO SHORT! I had to get it fixed somewhere else and they weren’t even able to do much. She had no idea what she was doing and now it’s going to take forever to grow back. If you are looking for somewhere to get your haircut DONT GO HERE. So unprofessional.

I have been to many great clip’s locations but this past week at this location I had the best experience I’ve ever had with any great clips location. The hairstylist Jacquie was so sweet and extremely thoughtful. She kept letting me know what she would be doing and was very professional cutting my hair alongside as patient and even informed me on how my hair was parted last time so she gave me tips on how to blend it better. Then we have the shampoo don’t even get me started with that, she did so well and was concerned about the water temperature the entire time. She just about made me sleepy but she kept telling me “ no sleeping you have to drive home”. I loved the entire experience with Jacquie and how she treated me. She took her time with the hair and didn’t rush it and overall it looked great. I hope every time I come in to this location now she’s there because just WOW!!! That girl deserves every tip and even every raise she gets!!! A+ service.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
