Only Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to that has no breakfast. Even the coffee machine is only out for a few hours when at most places it is available 24/7. Shower curtain stank and mini fridge had no freezer section. Other than that stay was alright. The parking garage is simple enough and appliances like water fixtures, AC, and TV’s are modern and functional.

We have stayed in this location on several occasions, when the Reihnhart company has their food shows. Normally we love this property. However, this time was not the case. We were placed on the first floor, in room 100. Do not accept this room if offered. It is right next to the entrance/exit. The door, entrance to our room, and the exit door can be touched at the same time. (yes, I tried). It is no secret that La Crosse has a great night life. However, it does go on into the wee hours of the morning. The door to enter/exit is never locked. Therefor all night-SLAM, SLAM, SLAM- goes the door. So loud it shakes the windows in the room. If you want a peaceful night sleep, my advice- don't stay on the first floor. I did request to be moved, they said they could not move us as they were sold out. I did offer the suggestion of the door being locked 12-7, since the main entrance is not that far around the corner. We did receive $100 discount, which was appreciated, however, a week later and I am still trying to recover from 2 nights of no sleep. I just don't want others to be blindsided like we were. On the plus side, they do have coffee in the room!

This hotel was awesome. Everything was clean, orderly, and obvious from the pool to the parking it was all great. The room was great with very comfortable beds. The location is awesome. You couldn't get any closer to where you want to be in La Crosse. It is literally 50 feet from all the downtown shops and restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I called ahead to make sure amenities were open and was told they were. Everything was... Except breakfast! The night manager, Tom, was amazing and issued a partial refund since I had been told there would be breakfast... However the pool was awesome and clean, the hot tub was hot, bubbly and amazingly spacious... The room was very clean, ( although there was no channel list or list of nearby restaurants and attractions...) The mattresses were super thick and fluffy....I get that during the pandemic breakfast was a hassle and probably wasted money but it's time to bring it back, owners... The manager was as I nice and so helpful it more than made up for the few shortcomings... Fast wifi, lotsa cable channels... Coffee hair dryer and iron in room... We had a wonderful stay... Thank you!!!!!
