The only time I rate/post reviews is when a company is absolutely horrible OR knocks the ball out of the park and 3n1 hit a home run! Gerald is a top notch guy who's extremely professional, courteous, and provides quality service! This was a decent size job; they were very thorough throughout the entire house as they made my carpets and couch smell fresh and look new again! They even called me back the next day for a follow up to see if I was pleased/satisfied with their work. I'll tell you what, these guys put in work! I would HIGHLY recommend this business! Wow! I wish I could give a hundred stars. I called at 4pm asking if there was any chance that someone would be able to come out same day. My dog had gotten sick and made a mess of our carpets. Not only did they come out same day, they came after hours and we’re cleaning my floors until 9pm at night! Customer service was amazing. Our carpets look brand new and Gerald is the nicest man I’ve ever met. Do yourself a favor and support this business! You will not be disappointed 👏🏼

We needed to update an old marble floor in a heavily trafficked Airbnb in preparation for listing the property for sale. Because of excellent reviews, and after its estimate beat three other competitors, we engaged 3N1 to repair a few holes and blemishes on the marble floor and restore its shine. We elected not to use 3N1’s full restoration services but Gerald wisely counseled us not to skimp on doing only the living room (since there were old marble floors throughout the home). 3N1 made the floor (and the home) look new (even in closet spaces) despite our not selecting their full restoration services. So much so that my wife started having second thoughts about the impending sale of the home. Gerald, the owner, and Robert are true professionals! On-time arrival, efficient execution (including furniture removal and replacement), and pleasant dispositions are what you should expect. Gerald also provided helpful tips for maintaining the floor in the event we decided not to sell. Overall, using 3N1 provided a master class on how to provide a service efficiently with emphasis on customer service. Highly recommended! .
