We were seated right away and we were able to order the drinks right after we sat down. The waiter was also patient when taking our order as well, he was really nice and got a great tip when we left.

Food was overcooked and sat out to long after it was cooked, stale tasting pancakes and rubbery eggs. Waitress was very snipy and rude

I have not ate at a Perkins in Awhile. Because the last time I went to Perkins I was not really to happy with the services and the food. So I reluctantly went to Perkins again. I was really surprised. There was a friendly greeting as we walk in the door. The servers were friendly. I had the bbq Tangle bruger it was not the best burger I have ever had. But it was well worth the money.

Upon arriving there was no employee present at the front bakery counter. One of the bakery counters was not lit and there was cleaning supplies in the middle of the dining area and multiple unclean booths. These should’ve been a sign to take our service elsewhere. It took at least 10 minutes to be seated which would’ve been understandable if the place was packed when in reality there was ONE table of people. There was two employees working in the dining area and only ONE had a name tag. Sophia decided that vacuuming the floor was more important than helping customers. The waitress that we got was extremely unenthusiastic, quiet and had no initiative to offer refills (even if we would be charged). She didn’t welcome us and just seemed to hate her job. Paying for our bill was another process because Sophia started to help and then walked back into the kitchen with no explanation. Then came the other name tag less waitress who helped us still very unenthusiastic and made no effort to make small talk to possibly end the evening on a higher note. We were close to dropping cash and walking out. I’ve eaten at numerous Perkins locations and will never be returning to this one. Save your time and go support a local restaurant in Alex not this place.
