Don’t be fooled by a professional front desk, they cut corners on repairs everywhere they can…at least they did with me. Also, there “Lifetime Warranty on the Paint” is non-existent. That was my experience… My Experience- I brought my car to Auto Pro two times for damage to the front bumper. Both accidents were not my fault and on other parties insurance ultimately. I stayed out of the repair process wanting to be a good customer and not micro manage. They were very professional but hind sight now being 20/20 Auto Pro Collision did not advocate for the proper repair to my car and cut corners on the paint process. I have chipping paint all over the front bumper and the passenger side corner of the bumper was not aligned properly with the hood and fender. When I brought the car back for these problems they did nothing about the paint and told me “it’s my driving” that is causing the paint chipping. Auto Pro did glue the front bumper where the bumper was popping out and not aligned. However, within a few weeks the glue bond broke and the bumper popped back out of alignment. The paint kept chipping more and more. Not satisfied with their repair I brought my car to two other body shops in the area. Both body shops said “you cannot paint a bumper 3 times” and that’s what Auto Pro Collision did. They also commented that the corners of the bumper were not prepped properly and you could peel the paint back with your finger nail showing multiple layers of paint and proving the bumper was never once replaced, just repainted. After having Auto Pro Collision “fix” my front bumper two separate times on insurance claims that were billed to the other party in the accident I now just paid out of pocket for a new bumper to be painted and installed on my car. It also needed new clips (about $20.00) to address the bumper popping out on the passenger side. Auto Pro Collision in my experience is very stream line in getting rental cars for you and making the process easy, BUT they do not advocate for the proper repair for your vehicle. A very pleasant experience having my car fixed at this location. Laurie, at the front, is a sweetheart & was truly a pleasure to speak with whenever i called— answered all of my questions as best she could and always gave a call back if she couldn’t immediately answer my question! Jeff did a phenomenal job with my repair & communicated with me as best he could, esp when it came to a delay in pick up. i would recommend this place to anyone! I recently got into a minor accident and knew immediately where I wanted to take my car. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars bc Auto Pro truly is the best! My car looks brand new and the repair took LESS than the projected time. Everyone at this shop is kind, helpful and professional. Hope to not get into an accident anytime soon but I know exactly where I'll be going if that were to happen!
