We have been using and working with Tussock Sedge Farm for about six or so months now. We started our relationship by just meeting and talking in one of their pastures about our passion for regenerative agriculture and care for the land. It was no surprise that we immediately found some new friends! We then partnered to do an "in the field" dinner showcasing a variety of different cuts of meats and organs from their farm. It was a highlight to our summer! Since then it has been one of the most convenient ways to order meat for our family and events. Simply place an order on their website, and go pick it up in the freezer. The highest quality, and most hassle free way to get our grass fed beef that we enjoy so much! Not to mention Sean and Tonya are just the sweetest people to be around! Thank you for what you do!

Hi Bonnie. Yes, we absolutely do! The liverwurst we make is soft and spreadable, much like a liver pate, rather than being hard like a grocery store liverwurst. I apologize if this question was previously missed. Yes, all of our beef and lamb is 100% grass fed and grass finished. We also sell pasture raised chicken and pork, both of which are corn free and soy free, plus we partner with a local fisherman and offer his wild caught Alaskan seafood.
Hi MaryAnne, Unfortunately at this time, we are not selling whole or half cows. The largest bulk offering would be a 1/4 cow, although the availability of that currently fluctuates. We have plenty of other bulk purchase options as well including our 1/8th cow (the product name in our online store is "Freezer Box (Beef) - Large"). Thanks for small asking that question! We sell our farm raised grassfed and pastured Red Angus beef vacuum packed meats processed an cut in USDA inspected facilities and flash frozen. These vacuum packs can work directly in sous vide. We do not package in butcher paper.
