I've taken all my cats, exotics, all my little family members here for years now. Overpriced, but great service. Now, I have a senior cat with an eye that needs immediate attention. They were able to schedule me as an emergency appointment. I was stuck at work, and if I lose my job nobody gets care. My partner was able to bring her in. It is STORMING for the entire hour travel that we have up there. My partner makes it in, 10 minutes late. I was scolded on the phone while setting the (original) appointment for not getting her in as soon as they would like. So, when I was able to get her in sooner, they TURNED US AWAY. For being 10 minutes late. In a rainstorm. After an hour commute. I will never return to this place. Even their best employees are leaving because of the gross internal changes. Take that as a sign.
