We were literally in the drive through for 40 minutes for 4 drinks. There were three girls working and never apologized once. No idea how that’s even possible. Kept messing up and making drinks for people behind us.

Convenient location for me. My one complaint is that there are a number of menu items on the board that aren't carried anymore and it needs updating.

You use your phone number and they just track it electronically. They took the number of punches on our card and put it in so you don't lose your punches from your card
You just go in and give them your phone number and they will set it up.
