This is the worst VA phone set-up I've experienced. I'm trying to get information on whether the new VA facility in South Ogden has a hearing clinic, and no one at the front desk will answer the phone to answer that simple question. That defeats the purpose of setting up a phone tree. As a matter of fact, no one answers the phone at this facility. After 10 rings in any option, the phone dumps you to the SLC VA facility. And you start all over again. As a veteran, I expect more than shoddy service from government agency that's supposed to be taking care of veterans. Typical for the VA.

Being new from California, this is the best clinic, bar none.

The staff at this clinic are exceptional. They understand and apple the word care in everything they do and say.

Not sure cuz I have not try it yet...sorry
They have 1 person and 1 small room for blood drawing for labs. I've never heard of them taking blood donations at the clinic. If you have registered online with myheathevet you can ask via secure messaging or call the front desk or primary care provider.
If your 100%, go to the after care, its a new facility in South Ogden that handles walk ins or insta care type stuff. Or you could call your primary care team and see if they can get you in.
I made this review, but Dr. Sessions and his Nurse cleared things up with me. They are attentive and great people. I cannot remember my password to get into my other Google account edit my first review. But, they are great care givers to me.
