I really ❤️ love this place. The beds are comfy and they give you lots of pillows 😴 and warm cookies every night 🌙 😋. Continental breakfast. What more could you ask for.

Just as clean as any 4+ star Hotel I’ve stayed at. Even during a busy Memorial Day long weekend, we were offered phenomenal prices. The one factor that will drive be back to Pullman is the friendly staff! I was greeted with remarkable service by Andrew K. A young professional completing his education at nearby WSU. Continue the great job, Andrew! I was referred to visit Kamiak Butte by Sophia, the manager. Great tip, Sophia!! I appreciate your enthusiasm and professionalism! I want to also acknowledge Lauren C. and Santina S. Lauren did a fantastic job of answering my questions and building a strong rapport with me. She is a joy and a valuable asset for the Hotel. Leadership, you got a gem! Santina S. was very courteous and hospitable during the breakfast rush! Her smile and personality is contagious. We LOVE HER! We will definitely be back and highly recommend you all to stay at Holiday Inn on Bishop. If you want a place to eat, check out Humble Burger in Moscow, Idaho!

Wow. Not only was my room awesome (king and jetted tub) but Andrew and his Coworker were awesome and helpful. The lobby is a beautiful postmodern chic and with a professional atmosphere, but comfortable enough to relax in. There was a pool AND jacuzzi indoors! Didn't use it but it looked nice. Parking was pretty good considering it was all around the building. Everything you could ever need is nearby and it's quiet. 100/100 Also the manager is very kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend to my closest friends and family. (No, this isn't a paid review, I'm just blown away by the ease of check in, check out and the accommodations we received, That I feel compelled to leave a sincere detailed and thorough review.).

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, the pool area, the grounds, everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a lot of options and was continuously stocked.
