Such a peaceful place to visit especially for those in wheelchairs, this park has beautifully paved paths..

We parked our RV and had lunch there. While my husband walked to the top, our dogs and I strolled around the community garden plots and admired the farm and its horses across the street. It is a peaceful, scenic setting, and would be improved by more accessibility provisions.

This is a great park. I've really only gone here for pickleball. The other day someone on the court asked me, "what is over that hill?" referring to the hill to the side of the courts. At that moment I realized I have no idea what's over that hill. There could be anything. In the end, I don't really want to know what's over that hill. Deep down I know there is something, but by some choice I've made either because I don't want to put in the effort to look over that hill or because I'm so blissful in my current circumstance of playing my games, I will not take a look. Someday, it will be too late. I will unknowingly go to Sunnyside Park for the last time and after that, I will not have the opportunity to walk up that hill. This is Gnosticism. Everyday we have the opportunity to walk up the hill and we choose not to. Some see this as the only truthful worldview. "I'm not saying that there is something on the other side of the hill or that there isn't. I'm open to any truth." This is not couched in any kind of healthy nuance. Truth is at your finger tips. You know that. You wake up everyday trusting faculties of your body and mind. On the most basic level you live like there is truth, so don't leave your mind behind in weeds.

Best park for kids. They also have a disc golf course! Having lived in Pullman for 10 years now I REALLY ENJOY the 4th of July celebrations that are held here. I would suggest kicking back here this summer!!

Leash and scoop in effect... also, there is a disc golf course there, so if your dog likes chasing frisbees you may have your work cut out for you.
