Really? It’s Sunday and the restaurant is dead and yet you managed to screw up my delivery order. I didn’t order anything special, no removals or add ons. Quit hiring children! Or at least train them for gods sake.

Worst experience this time and not a great last Saturday. We ended up leaving without getting it food because they couldn't get anyone checked out and our food was going to be cold. We waited 10 minutes to check out after our food was fine and just left to go eat elsewhere.

This is the slowest Cafe Rio and slowest restaurant. This isn’t a one time thing. Every visit has been slower than the last and the quality of service is terrible. The manager does nothing to make changes and that’s frustrating.

Love the food at Cafe Rio, but this location is the slowest of all. Have eaten at many Cafe Rio locations throughout the western USA, but this one can never seem to serve the food as fast.

I only went once but when I did go I noticed that the servers weren't wearing hair nets, they were just wearing regular old baseball hats
